    • Consolidate Tracks: Ensure all audio files are consolidated and start at the same time (0:00) for perfect alignment.
    • No Effects: Remove any processing like EQ, compression, or reverb, unless they are integral to your sound.
  • 2. For Mixing Services

    • Individual Stems: Provide all individual tracks (vocals, instruments, effects) as separate files or send us the Pro Tools session.
    • Reference Track: Include a reference track that demonstrates your desired sound or feel.
    • Tempo Information: Provide the BPM (tempo) and key of the song, if available.
    • Notes: Share any specific mixing instructions or preferences.
  • 3. For Mastering Services

    • Final Mix: Send your stereo mix as a high-resolution WAV or AIFF file. Avoid applying limiting or compression to the master bus.
    • Headroom: Leave at least 3-6 dB of headroom in the final mix.
    • Reference Tracks: Include reference tracks to guide the mastering process.
    • Format Requirements: Let us know if you need specific formats for streaming, CD, or vinyl.
  • 4. For Editing Services

    • Unprocessed Tracks: Provide raw audio files for tuning, alignment, or editing (e.g., vocals, drums).
    • Timing Details: Share the tempo or any click track used during recording.
    • Song Key: For vocal tuning services, please provide the key of the song.
  • 5. Uploading Files

    • Zipped Folder: Organize all files in a clearly labeled, zipped folder (e.g., “Song Name – Mixing”).
    • File Transfer: Use our secure WeTransfer link below to send your files.
    • Contact Information: Include your name, email, and project details in a text file within the folder.
